Archimedes Organic Dark Chocolates are produced in true Italian style — with superior quality and distinctly sweet and creamy flavor profiles. We use only organic, Fair Trade 70% dark chocolate imported from Agostoni Chocolate located in Lecco, Italy, and a whole lot of math. No emulsifiers added.
Our ingredients are certified organic by ECOCERT (a USDA accredited certifier), and SKAL in Europe, and are processed in Italy according to strict, globally recognized food safety standards (HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, SQF, ISO 22000).
